C.F. Martin & Co.’s Theresa Hoffman has been promoted to International Sales Manager, and the longtime Martin employee will be focusing on global customer satisfaction, product sales growth, and brand management.
Since joining the company in 2001, Hoffman has worked as a manufacturing operator, quality assurance technician, and engineering product manager. She spent her first three and a half years learning about the construction of guitars before joining the quality assurance team for four years. During her tenure as an engineering product manager, she helped develop and patent Martin’s updated dovetail construction technique and was instrumental in expanding the company’s use of automated technology.
“Being a member of the Martin team for 14 years has been an exciting professional experience,” Hoffman says. “I am thrilled to have this new opportunity working with Martin’s dynamic domestic and international sales team, and I look forward to positively contributing to the success of Martin guitar sales worldwide.”
Hoffman will now be reporting to Steve Carletti, Martin’s Vice President of Global Sales. “In Theresa’s time with Martin, she has a demonstrated track record of results in whatever role she has held, and I am confident that she will continue with success in her new role,” Carletti notes.
